Enter Port Antonio, Jamaica’s hidden gem, which is all the above and more. This small community, tucked away from the large tourist destinations of Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, is known by the locals as the most iconic area of Jamaica. Enjoy traditional Jamaican foods cooked by your in-villa chef, dive from the villa’s dock into the famous Blue Lagoon, ride bamboo rafts down a jungle surrounded river and end up in the Caribbean Sea. Visit the birth place of the world-famous Jerk Chicken. Port Antonio is connected to Kingston by scenic roads through the jungle, over the mountains, and along the coast. In Kingston, enjoy a day in the capital of roots, rock, and reggae by exploring the Bob Marley museum, cap it off with a meal by the waterfront.

Boston Bay

The birthplace of the famous jerk flavor and jerk chicken. Here you can try out different styles and flavors while hanging out with the
locals and drinking Red Stripe.

Blue Lagoon

Take a kayak from the dock of the villa and paddle over to the famous Blue Lagoon of Port Antonio. It is said that no one has ever dived to the bottom of the lagoon.

Frenchman’s Cove

Recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in Jamaica, here you can relax in the sand, swim in the calm waves of the Carribean, swing on the swingset over a lagoon, and enjoy cocktails and snacks at the beach bar.

Bob Marley Museum

Kingston is the home of roots, rock, reggae, and no one exemplifies that more than Bob Marley. A trip to Jamaica isn’t complete without visiting the museum which takes you through his career and life. The museum is Bob Marley’s compound and house repurposed.

Below is a breakdown of the scheduled itinerary for the EnviTours Jamaica, Port Antonio Experience.

Day 1

Settle in to your seaside villa in the remote town of Port Antonio and be ready for welcome dinner prepared by our local chefs.

Day 3

Take a ride up the mountain and through the rainforest to the launch point of our bamboo river rafting tour.

Day 5

Stop by the Bob Marley museum on your way through Kingston before we say goodbye to paradise.

Day 2

Wake up early for a full day of service with the One Jamaica Foundation. Meet local community members and share a lunch with the kids and families in the area.

Day 4

Relax in the villa, enjoy the water sports and explore the famous Blue Lagoon. For lunch, try to legendary Jamaican jerk chicken in the birthplace of jerk.
